I like to record myself hooping because it helps me to develop my practice into deeper levels. I also sometimes point a camera at my face and say things. There are those things, and I am saying them....

I, generally, run my practices like my classes: an emphasis on something for a whole song. Like, shoulder hooping for one song or folding for one song. Sometimes the emphasis is on something really simple like moving my feet. That's what the above video demonstrates.
Biggie: because my brain is ready for this to be over.
